Executives will deliberate on fundamental business objectives for the upcoming period (3, 6, 12 months). These will then be refined to a concise selection of 3-5 top priorities.

After executives have made their decisions, enable employees and managers to collaboratively establish objectives and transmit them from the company level to departments and individual employees. Provide flexibility in defining timeframes for objective cadence and further breakdown into key results.

Enable employees to regularly update their progress, attaching relevant documents, notes, and making necessary adjustments in alignment. A comprehensive overview page allows all team members to stay informed about progress and quickly pinpoint areas requiring attention.

Send reminders to employees for updates and check-ins, enabling managers and team members to proactively manage progress and address risks. Link these achievements to ongoing performance management to foster talent development.
