DataOn\u2019s successfully returns to the face-to-face event scene with its 12th Annual HR Conference \u201cThe Future of Work\u201d and SunFish Workplaze Launch<\/p>\n

DataOn successfully concluded its 12th Annual Conference on Nov 9, 2022 led by the wonderful MC Dewi Kumala.<\/p>\n

1200 HR and IT leaders participated in our \u201cFuture of Work\u201d HR event at the Sheraton Hotel Gandaria and heard our dynamic group of speakers discuss in-depth how the disruptions brought on by the pandemic has impacted employees, the workplace, work itself, day to day operation of businesses as well as meeting business objectives.<\/p>\n

The conference featured an excellent mix of industry experts and popular HR practitioners: Anggoro Eko Cahyo, President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Sylvanus Hardiyanto, COO of Ann\u2019s Bakehouse & Creamery, Agustina Samara as DANA\u2019s Chief People & Corporate Strategy Officer, Pambudi Sunarsihanto HR Director at Blue Bird Group. They were joined by Atalian Indonesia\u2019s CEO Yohanes Jeffry Johary and CTO Meindi Firmansyah, Anna Miettinen, the Head of Employee Benefits at GreatDay HR as well as international speakers Akshat Joshi, Co-Founder of Lighthouse Consulting and Serene Lim Humanica\u2019s International Business COO both from Singapore.<\/p>\n

Their broad range of topics was educational, provided both in-depth knowledge and practical input that can serve for the HR and IT leaders in attendance as a starting point to drive new initiatives for change, employee engagement and collaboration.<\/p>\n

Our CEO and CTO of Humanica, Group Gordon Enns, launched the company\u2019s new flagship products \u2013 the employee-centric HCM platform SunFish Workplaze \u2013 in a stunning LED dance ceremony together with Humanica\u2019s CEO Soontorn Dentham. Mr. Enns introduced SunFish Workplaze as the underlying technology designed to support organizations in their transformation journey to a digital workforce. SunFish Workplaze provides HR leaders with tech solutions that manage their change process by supporting automated workflows, self service, by removing barriers to communication and collaboration and growth in diverse teams.<\/p>\n

The grand finale of an insightful day was an energetic live performance by musician Marcello Tahitoe (Ello) who rocked the crowd at the end of the day with a mix of his own popular songs and well-known international ones, and surprising the guests with a group photo opportunity.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, our partners outside the ballroom helped to create a lively atmosphere outside the ballroom. Interesting booths from Halodoc, Giftee, Fitbit, Atalian, GreatDay, Ann\u2019s Bakehouse, ExecuTrain, HRNoteAsia, Asa Ren, and the Workplaze demo station provided participants with lots of interesting opportunities to mingle, converse, share and relax while our fair partners brought much needed fun, entertainment and a chance to create long lasting memories of the day with tarot card reading, sketches, a 360 photo booth, our hall of fame, virtual golf playing, massage chairs, and more.<\/p>\n
