To begin with, HCS will provide a diverse range of HR consulting services to clients across in Thailand, Indonesia and The Philippines, including but not limited to:

  • HR Transformation Advisory: Assisting organizations in developing and executing HR transformation strategies. This includes HR benchmarking and analyzing the maturity of HR function to identify and prioritize areas for HR transformation relative to industry standards, along with creating roadmaps and envisioning the tangible benefits of the transformation.
