2003 | The Beginning

Humanica Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Soontorn Dentham to provide professional Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) services in Thailand.

2005 | Building Proprietary Technology

  • Began development of HUMATRIX, Humanica’s proprietary Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
  • Received the Certificate in Enterprise Software and Digital Content from Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI).

2006-2015 | Innovation and Growth

  • Expanded operations and increased registered capital to support business growth.
  • Recognized among Thailand’s leading innovation-driven businesses and received the BAI PO Business Awards by Sasin.
  • Became an authorized SAP Partner, expanding enterprise technology and ERP capabilities.

2016 | Regional Expansion Begins

  • Acquired Professional Outsourcing Solutions Co., Ltd. and Humanica FAS Co., Ltd., strengthening service capabilities.
  • Established Humanica Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
  • HUMATRIX received the Thailand ICT Awards (TICTA) for Industry Application.

2017 | Becoming a Public Company

  • Converted to Humanica Public Company Limited.
  • Increased registered capital to THB 340 million.
  • Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the ticker symbol HUMAN.
  • Expanded into Malaysia through the establishment of Humanica Sdn. Bhd.

2018 | Strengthening Service Capabilities

  • Acquired the business of Sigma Accounting and Tax Services Co., Ltd.
  • Invested in Conicle, expanding Humanica’s presence in workplace learning and talent development technologies.

2019 | Expanding the Technology Portfolio

  • Acquired Tiger Soft (1998) Co., Ltd., one of Thailand’s leading HR software providers.
  • Invested in Publica Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
  • Became an authorized Oracle NetSuite Partner, broadening cloud ERP offerings.

2020 | Driving Innovation

  • Expanded investments in HR technology, digital innovation, and emerging business ventures, including Benix, Human Chess Capital, Pragma & Will Group, and Zennite.
  • Humanica and Tiger Soft achieved ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security Management Systems.
  • Received the Most Innovative Company Award at the SET Awards 2020.

2021 | Strengthening the Ecosystem

  • Continued investment in strategic businesses and technology-driven ventures.
  • Expanded holdings in Publica Holdings and other portfolio companies.
  • Established Humanica EEC Co., Ltd.
  • Invested in organizations across healthcare, fintech, cybersecurity, and digital services sectors.

2022 | A Landmark Year of Regional Expansion

  • Acquired DataOn Group, significantly expanding Humanica’s presence across Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
  • Established Humanica VN Co., Ltd. in Vietnam.
  • Developed and launched Workplaze, a next-generation HCM platform combining Humanica’s and DataOn’s technology expertise.
  • Increased registered capital to THB 438.72 million.
  • Improved Corporate Governance Rating to 4 Stars.

2023 | Scaling Across Southeast Asia

  • Expanded through investments in Humanica Consulting Services, HRM Consulting Service, and Sunfish DataOn Philippines.
  • Increased strategic investments in Benix and Pharmcare Group.
  • Opened a second office in Malaysia and expanded operations in Vietnam.
  • Successfully launched OpenSpace by Tiger Soft, a HR SaaS platform for the mid-market segment.
  • Achieved ISO 27701 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

2024 | Recognition for Innovation and Sustainability

  • Further strengthened strategic investments across technology and talent development businesses.
  • Increased ownership in Humanica Consulting Services and H Lab.
  • Workplaze received the Techsauce Innovation Award.
  • Recognized among ESG Emerging Companies by Thaipat Institute.

2025 | Strengthening Regional Leadership

  • Acquired Cadena Group, expanding capabilities and market presence across Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
  • Acquired Humanica ERP Co., Ltd. (formerly Lawson Software (Thailand) Co., Ltd.), strengthening ERP implementation expertise.
  • Established Sunfish Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
  • Completed a share repurchase program as part of financial management initiatives.
  • Streamlined the investment portfolio through selected divestments.
  • Achieved an A Rating in the SET ESG Ratings assessment.
  • Received the Techsauce Innovation Award for the second consecutive year.
  • Earned dSURE Software Certified accreditation and inclusion in the Thailand Digital Catalog.
