2025 marks an important milestone reflecting the steady and responsible growth of Humanica Public Company Limited as a leading provider of HR and ERP solutions in Southeast Asia. Over the past year, we have focused not only on our financial performance, but also on building what we call “Meaningful Growth” by integrating sustainability principles (ESG) into every dimension of our business operations.
As a technology-driven organization, we reaffirm our commitment to creating measurable positive impact through our core operations. We believe that the physical, mental, and financial well-being of the employees within our client organizations is the foundation of the long-term success — and that belief is what drives us forward.
We continue to develop our core technology platforms, such as Workplaze, into more than just tools but innovations that elevate the quality of life and working experience for over two million people across our client organizations who use our systems. This digital transformation is itself a key driver helping our clients reduce their use of natural resources and lower their carbon footprint through fully digital, paperless operations. In 2025, we are actively moving forward with our plan to transition to clean energy to power our servers, reflecting the responsibility to our planet that we place at the very top of our priorities.
On governance and trust, we place the highest priority on risk management and data security. In 2024, we strengthened our foundation by earning ISO 27701 certification, alongside the strict maintenance of our ISO 27001 standard. In 2025, we have made clear progress toward joining Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC), further reinforcing transparency at the organizational level.
We remain committed to expanding meaningful growth across the region, building a sustainable ecosystem grounded in technology. Our core mission rests on three pillars: driving innovation for impact, investing in world-class talent development, and building partnerships for shared prosperity — all in service of advancing digital skills and fostering sustainable, collective growth.
