June 23, 2023 – Thailand, Bangkok – Humanica Thailand recently joined the highly anticipated Thailand HR Tech 2023, which took place at the Siam Paragon Shopping Center on 14-15 June 2023. Under the theme “Everything Everywhere Augmented”, this year’s event aimed to showcase various technologies that are applicable to improve work efficiency. Furthermore, it sought to explore the future of work and technology. Especially with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), it becomes crucial to determine whether the technology is an ally or adversary.
Organized by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), the Thailand HR Tech 2023 attracted more than 113 companies and over 9730 attendees. The two-day event featured a wide range of activities from conference to exhibition to workshops. It included expert-led seminars on the “New World of Work,” an open forum for start-up companies to present their ideas, a “Tech for Wellbeing” zone focusing on employees’ physical and mental health, and a Business Matching session for in-depth business discussions.
Humanica Thailand Took the Stage as Speakers
Opened with a welcome address by Mr. Sudkanung Kamparat, President of PMAT, the HR Tech 2023 saw many prominent HR experts and industry professionals share their insights on the future of HR dynamics, technology’s role in driving organizational success, and sustainable change in the evolving business context.
One of the main highlights of Thailand HR Tech 2023 is the many HR leaders and experts that are invited to speak at different stages during the conferences. This year, the organizers attracted over 80 speakers covering 100 different topics around the rise of technology in the HR industry, the future of HR dynamics, technology’s role in driving organizational success, and sustainable change in the evolving business context. Among those speakers, four of Humanica executives were also invited to share their perspectives on the future of modern HR dynamics.
On the first day, Humanica’s Group CEO, Soontorn Dentham, delivered a speech on the topic of “Creating Sustainable Change with an HR Technology Ecosystem” and gave his point of view on how the right technology enables great transformative processes in HR departments so they can provide more value- added services to their organizations. Later the same day, Humanica Group’s CTO Gordon Enns and Humanica’s CTO Thailand Hathaichanok Suwanjang took the stage to present their ideas on future employee retention strategies during their session titled “Gamification and Continuous Rewards” and how Workplaze’s My Plaze features helps to build healthy habits in order to be able to achieve both professional and personal goals.
On the second day, Humanica’s Group CEO Soontorn Dentham was once again on stage, this time together with Akshat Joshi, CEO of Humanica Consulting Services to enlighten the audience on the “Enabling Efficiency with Workforce Intelligence”. Their highly relevant conversation directly relates to Humanica’s latest value proposition of HR related Consulting and covered issues from talent retention, data-driven recommendations for HR, and the benefits of utilizing the HR Consulting services. In the afternoon, Group CTO Gordon Enns, also took the stage once more with a session on “How a Holistic Approach to HR Tech Engages Employees and Drives Corporate Performance”, which included showcasing Workplaze with a demo overview.

Beyond its speaking engagements, Humanica Thailand proudly took part as exhibitor at the event. The Thailand HR Tech 2023 exceeded expectations by hosting an impressive array of 100 conference topics, welcoming 200 exhibitors and featuring 120 speakers. Complementing these highlights were 10 specialized workshops, 20 sessions focused on tech for wellbeing, and a startup demo pitch. The event has set new standards for HR conferences in SouthEast Asia.
It also served as a thriving platform for HR leaders and professionals, giving them ample opportunities to network and exchange their knowledge regarding the transformative impact of AI and other innovations on the HR industry. Moreover, visitors were able to connect to both familiar and new vendors, gaining insight to their latest tech innovations and service propositions.
